1. Availability of admission form :

Admission form can be taken from the school office . It can be downloaded from the school website .

Parents / Guardians will be required to fill in the proper Admission form and pay all the preliminary fees. Date of birth should be entered in the admission form for admission and once entered cannot be changed subsequently.

• Incomplete registration form without relevant documents will not be accepted.
